Vacation home rental lease page one

Please read and complete page one and two of the following short term lease for the Christopher Krochina Property on Town of Meredith Tax Map U32 Lot #008.

1. I _______________________________(the tenant) would like to secure the rental period from ______________ to ______________. I am enclosing a $500.00 check for security deposit which will be refunded if no problems occur, within two weeks after tenants rental period.

2. I _______________________________(the tenant) will mail the balance $___________ so that it is received by the owner no later than March 1, 2008. If the balance is not received by March 1, 2008, the tenant will forfeit weeks secured and the owner will refund the security deposit.

3. Rental weeks secured after March 1, 2008 require full payment.

4. Copies of tenant's drivers license and social security card are required.

5. Refund policy:

90 days or less prior to rental period ........... No refund

90-120 days prior to rental period ...............25% refunded

120-150 days prior to rental period ...............50% refunded

6. Dates for this lease are not secured until tenant's checks clear, and photocopy of this short term lease with owner's signature on it are mailed to the prospective tenant along with our receipt.

7. There shall be no more than 8 people total residing at the property and no more than 12 total at anytime.

9. Please provide make, model, color, and license plate number for vehicles on premises.

10. Check in time is Saturday at 3:00 pm. Check out time is Saturday at 11:00 am.

11. Will pets be staying on the property? If so, what kind and number ____________. The tenant is responsible for all pet debris and damage.

12. The tenants will not alter the home or property in anyway.

13. Tenants will be held accountable for all items located in the house and on the property.

14. Tenants should notify owner of any problems, so that the owner has time to fix them.

15. The tenant's personal property must be removed from the rental property at the end of the tenants rental period.
